Performs proper trimming techniques
Sorts wings
Operate deboning machinery
Sort/ pulls tenders
Requirements:
Production experience preferred

Duties:
Break down equipment
Use aproprite lockout-tagout procedures
Rinse, form and pad machinery
Sanitize machinery to meet quality standards

Required Education
High School Diploma or GED
Required Qualifications
At least 18 year of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Strong work history, Worked for one employer for at least 12 months in the past three years.
Willing and able to stand for several hours
Willing and able to work in wet and extreme cold and hot conditions
