HR/Marketing Professional

Intern will support Manager of Engagement, Communications & Culture in the day-to-day operations around engagement and community.
Responsibilities o Assists with the development/design/content for communication materials such as posters, flyers and other forms of print media o Assists with updating communications throughout the DC o Manages social media platforms for the DC o Organizes and maintains files related to committee meetings - minutes, attendance records, agendas, assignments, meeting schedules o Brainstorms/provides ideas to improve engagement and culture o Prepares for DC and community events and programs to include scheduling, ordering supplies, setting up meeting/activity areas o Produces reports from compiled feedback data o Assists with all administrative functions for People/Culture initiatives Qualifications & Skills o Creative, self-motivated o Willingness to learn o Capable of working independently as well as in team setting o Organized, detail-oriented o Capable of juggling multiple priorities o Excellent communication skills o Knowledge of utilizing social media platforms for businesses (required) o Proficient in Microsoft Applications (required); Advanced skills preferred with experience preparing PowerPoint presentations o Comfortable and familiar with the latest technology as it relates to desired skills o Enthusiasm and high-energy Ideal candidate must be enrolled or pursing a degree in Human Resources, Business or related program OR have experience with assisting or interning with a similar role or duties.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
